Oren Netzer, Co-Founder and CEO
Mr. Netzer founded DoubleVerify in 2008 with the goal of bringing more accountability and transparency to online advertising. Prior to founding DoubleVerify, Mr. Netzer spent almost a decade in executive positions with online advertising technology firms. Most recently, Mr. Netzer was General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for CheckM8, an online ad serving and rich media technology provider, overseeing product development, operations and customer support, as well as managing its Israeli product development offices. Prior to this role, Mr. Netzer served in various VP-level sales and business development leadership roles with CheckM8 in its North American headquarters.
Mr. Netzer holds a Computer Science degree from the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel and has an academic background in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel’s institute of technology.
Alex Liverant, Co-Founder and CTO
Mr. Liverant has over 15 years of experience in software and systems development in diverse areas with an emphasis on Internet crawling technologies. From 1992-2005 Mr. Liverant worked in various software development positions including as the first software engineer for shopping.com developing shopping.com’s first crawling technologies, working on complex and highly scalable systems at Elbit Systems and developing highly-scalable ad serving and ad inventory management systems at CheckM8. From 2005-2007 Mr. Liverant has been a consultant for various startup companies in the Internet technology space.
Mr. Liverant holds a BSc. degree in computer and software engineering from the Technion.
Gil Wasserman, VP of Engineering
Mr. Wasserman has over 25 years of experience in software and systems development in diverse areas. From 1983 to 2005 Mr. Wasserman served in various positions in the Israeli Air Force including as a manager of software development units from August 2001 until 2005. From 2006 until 2008, he acted as the CEO and co-founder of a start-up company in the cellular software development field, as well as an independent advisor providing software, communication and system research and development related services to high tech companies.
Mr. Wasserman holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. Degrees in Physics with honors from the Tel-Aviv university.
