CEO and President
Wayne has played a key role in the success of several game changing organizations in the digital information space. Prior to joining DoubleVerify in September 2012, Wayne was CEO and President of WebMD (NASDAQ:WBMD), the leading source for health and wellness information. Under Wayne’s ten-year leadership WebMD evolved as the most recognized and trusted brand of health information for consumers and healthcare professionals, reaching over 100 million unique users per month. During that time he significantly expanded the company’s revenues and profitability into one of the world’s preeminent sites for large brand advertisers.
Wayne held previous senior management positions in several high growth public companies including Medco Health Solutions, MCI Telecommunications and People PC.
Wayne has an undergraduate degree from the Drexel University LeBow College of Business and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Drexel University College of Medicine.
Founder, Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer
Oren Netzer founded DoubleVerify in 2008, determined to bring needed accountability to online advertising, believing revenue and profit would flow throughout the system once all players could be assured of its integrity.
An executive level veteran with leading online advertising technology firms, Oren was General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for CheckM8, an online ad serving and rich media technology provider, overseeing product development, operations and customer support.
Oren graduated from the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel with a degree in computer science and studied electrical engineering at The Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Matt has over 10 years in Internet technology and online advertising management experience in a variety of product, operations and technology roles. Most recently, Matt served as President and COO of CUnet, an online marketing agency and software company supporting the proprietary education space. Prior to CUnet, Matt had roles at BDMetrics, Performics and Advertising.com. Prior to entering the interactive space, Matt served as a submarine officer in the United States Navy for eight years.
Matt earned his MA (Cantab.) in Natural Science (History and Philosophy of Science) from the University of Cambridge and his BS in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy.
Jack brings more than 20 years of diversified financial and operations experience in digital media industry to DoubleVerify. Most recently Jack served as CFO for SelectMinds and guided it through its acquisition by Oracle Corporation. Prior to Select Minds Jack was CFO for SpaFinder and earlier in his career was a co-founder of ePresence Inc. which was acquired by Banyan Systems, where he was CFO for the web solutions business unit of the NASDAQ listed company.
Jack is a Certified Public Accountant, and earned an M.A. from Monmouth University and a B.S. from La Salle University.
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mark has over 12 years’ experience selling enterprise software, ad tech and internet advertising. Most recently Mark served as SVP Business Development & Sales at Ringleader Digital, a mobile ad serving platform and ad network focused on bringing 3rd party ad serving to the mobile ecosystem. In that role he worked closely with ESPN, Microsoft Advertising and AccuWeather. Prior to Ringleader Mark held key roles at Entriq, Motive, Broadjump, and Oracle.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Senior Vice President of Sales Operations
Karen has more than 12 years of experience in Sales, Ad Operations and Client Services within the Internet and Online Media industry. Prior to joining DoubleVerify, Karen was the Head of Client Services at About.com where she led a national team of Account Managers and was in charge of Inventory Management. Previously, Karen was Vice President of Ad Operations at Move Inc., which operates realtor.com, the largest real estate site on the web. There, she ran Ad Operations as well as Yield and Inventory Management for both move.com and realtor.com. Past roles also include VP of Client Services at ROO, an online video broadcast network.
Karen earned her BA degree in Mass Communications from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
