CEO and President
Wayne has played a key leadership role in the success of several game changing organizations in the digital information space. Prior to joining DoubleVerify in 2012, Wayne was CEO and President of WebMD--the most recognized brand of health & wellness information. Under Wayne’s 10-year leadership WebMD significantly expanded its revenues and profitability into one of the world’s preeminent web properties with a market cap over $3 billion. Wayne held previous management positions in several high growth public companies including Medco Health Solutions, MCI Telecommunications and People PC. Wayne holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and a BS from Drexel University LeBow College of Business in Philadelphia. He serves on the Board of Directors for HealthGrades and the Advisory Boards for Drexel University College of Medicine and LeBow College of Business.
Matt has over 15 years in Internet technology and online advertising management experience in a variety of product, operations and technology roles. Most recently Matt served as President and COO of CUnet, an online marketing agency and software company supporting the proprietary education space. Prior to CUnet Matt held roles at BDMetrics, Performics and Advertising.com. Previously Matt served as a submarine officer in the United States Navy for eight years. Matt earned his MA in Natural Science (History and Philosophy of Science) from the University of Cambridge and his BS in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy.
As Chief Financial Officer, Nicola brings over 20 years of financial, management, and operations expertise to DoubleVerify. Prior to joining DV, Nicola served as CFO of Penton where he helped transform the business into a leading business-to-business exhibitions and information services company. At Penton, he vetted and integrated thirteen acquisitions and partnered with all areas of the business to review, prioritize and approve investment initiatives. Previously, he was CFO of Downtown Music, and also worked at Primedia, Home Box Office and Ernst and Young. Nicola earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and his B.A. from Princeton University.
Mark has over 12 years’ experience selling enterprise software, ad tech and internet advertising. Most recently Mark served as SVP Business Development & Sales at Ringleader Digital, a mobile ad serving platform and network focused on the mobile ecosystem. In that role he worked closely with ESPN, Microsoft Advertising and AccuWeather. Prior to Ringleader, Mark held key roles at Entriq, Motive, Broadjump, and Oracle. Mark earned his BA in Philosophy from Brandeis University.
As Chief Customer Officer, Karen has more than 15 years of experience in Client Services, Ad Operations and Sales in the internet and digital media industry. Previously Karen led Client Services at About.com where she managed a national team of Account Managers. Previously Karen was Vice President of Ad Operations at Move Inc., which operates realtor.com, the largest real estate site on the web. Prior roles include VP of Client Services at ROO, an online video broadcast network. Karen earned her BA in Mass Communications from Tulane University.
Nisim has over 12 years of online media, marketing and advertising experience, in a variety of technology leadership roles. Most recently, Nisim led a global R&D team for the Nielsen Company and built data mining, machine learning, reporting and analytics products to measure social presence for brands. Prior to that, Nisim held key leadership roles at Buzzmetrics, which during his tenure got acquired by Nielsen, as well as roles at SAP, Cadence and Bullunz. Nisim earned his BS in Computer Science from Tel Aviv College.
Chief Marketing Officer
Dan Slivjanovski is Chief Marketing Officer at DoubleVerify, responsible for corporate and product marketing, and sales empowerment. Dan brings over 20 years of senior operating, strategy and marketing experience to his role as CMO. Prior to joining DV, Dan served as both COO and CMO at RhythmOne, where he helped to transform the company into a leading, independent programmatic platform for engaged audiences at scale. At RhythmOne, he led the rebrand of the enterprise and integrated nine acquisitions over six years. Prior to joining RhythmOne, Dan was Executive Vice President of HNW Inc, a strategy consultancy focused on the financial services and luxury sectors, where his clients included Citibank, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Charles Schwab. Previously, he served as Senior Management Consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Senior Associate at APCO Worldwide, a member of WPP’s Grey Group. Dan earned his B.S. from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
SVP, Business Development
Steve brings extensive executive leadership experience in ad tech. In his prior role Steve was Global VP of Data Products for Sizmek where he served as GM of the Peer39 business and led global sales for Sizmek’s data-oriented products. Steve came to Sizmek through the acquisition of Aerify, a mobile advertising platform where Steve served as President and CEO. Prior to Aerify, Steve led senior sales leadership roles at Mediaocean, Right Media/Yahoo! and NBC Universal. Steve earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
